Consultation
It starts with an obligation free meeting in the comfort of your own home to discuss your dream renovation. We can estimate from any existing architectural plans. We’ll advise what your budget allows for and suggest creative money saving solutions. We will help you achieve your home improvement dreams stress free!
Plans
We can work with you to turn your ideas and visions into a plan that will be practical and financially efficient to build. If needed we can refer you to a trusted architect who will turn your ideas into working drawings. Our team has plenty of experience incorporating any needs and bespoke features into every extension and renovation, these are all discussed and a cost estimate is developed.
Consent
When hiring a builder to perform works on your most valuable asset – your home, you put your trust in the builder that they will do all things necessary to ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
We can assist or oversee the submission of any plans required for resource or building consent. This is a great time to confirm your finance, make selections for finishes and prepare for construction.
While the consent is in for approval we will prepare a contract for us both to sign; develop a programme for the project and arrange a start date.
Construction
From the moment we start working with you we will notify you on the progression of the project so you have piece of mind that everything is running to schedule, and regular updates of budget spend to date and projected. You’ll have one point of contact for the entire renovation:
tradespeople, plumbers, engineers and Council all speak different languages. We can act as your ‘interpreter’ and project manager throughout your renovation. We will explain what’s involved, what you should expect, and the pros and cons of different decisions. Throughout your project, you’ll have the benefit of our renovation knowledge and experience every step of the way.
Completion
On completion we will carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works with you for final acceptance…and celebration! Our quality home extension and renovations can include a 10 Year guarantee upon completion.
